5. Listing Curation Model

Current Model: Manual Curation

All listings on AI Marketplace are currently manually curated by our team. We review submissions based on quality, documentation, maintenance status, trustworthiness, and user value.

Future Model: Paid Submissions

We plan to introduce a paid submission model in the future. Under this model:

Developers and companies may pay a fee to submit listings for review
Paid submissions will be subject to the same quality and moderation standards
Payment does not guarantee listing approval or featured placement
We reserve the right to reject any submission that violates our policies

Note: No timeline has been set for implementing the paid submission model. Current manual curation will continue until further notice.

6. Listing Moderation

We reserve the right to:

Review, approve, or reject any listing submission
Remove listings that violate our policies or quality standards
Update listing information to maintain accuracy
Suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms

7. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on AI Marketplace, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Listed Tools

Listed tools and their associated trademarks, logos, and content are owned by their respective developers and companies. We do not claim ownership of third-party content.

User Submissions

By submitting listing information or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating AI Marketplace.

AI Marketplace contains links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for:
